At Grow House Sober Sanctuaries, our deepest work is not just healing. It is remembering. Remembering the strength within. The joy in simple things. The peace that was always there. We walk with you as you come home to yourself, root by root, day by day.
Grow House was created to provide more than sober housing. We offer a structured home with a strong spiritual foundation, built around brotherhood, integrity, transparency, accountability, and purpose.
This is a place where men can practice recovery and everyday life, build healthy routines, reconnect with themselves and others, and begin creating a life they are proud to live.
We are not a treatment center, and we do not try to be one. We are a home with structure, standards, community, and support: a place where recovery can take root and personal growth can continue to evolve.
Our own experience has taught us that recovery does not happen in isolation. It happens through connection, responsibility, spiritual growth, and having people around you who are willing to tell you the truth and stand beside you while you cultivate an authentic life. That is why we opened Grow House: to create a sanctuary where men can feel supported, be held accountable, discover their highest potential without drugs and alcohol, and begin building a life of authenticity.
Grow House came from a shared belief that recovery should be about more than simply staying sober. It should be about becoming a man you can respect again, living with integrity, being honest with yourself and others, rebuilding relationships, finding purpose, and developing a spiritual foundation that can carry you through life. We wanted to create a home where those principles are practiced every day, and integrated into your journey.
We chose Valley Center intentionally. The quieter setting, open space, and distance from many of the distractions of everyday life create room to slow down, reconnect, and focus on what comes next. Grow House is not meant to feel institutional. It is a real home, with structure, accountability, brotherhood, transparency, and the expectation that every man who walks through the door is capable of growth.

Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing sanctuary where individuals can remember who they are beneath addiction.
Through community, accountability, nature, and a strong spiritual foundation, we help people heal the heart, renew the mind, and reconnect with their most authentic self.
We believe that when we remember who we are, recovery becomes more than possible. It becomes our path back to purpose, connection, joy, and authenticity.
We are here to help you remember.
We envision a world where every individual affected by addiction has a place to pause, heal, and remember who they are.
A world where recovery is rooted in self-love, connection, purpose, and authenticity.
We see communities filled with compassionate spaces that honor the whole person: mind, body, and spirit.
We imagine a future where no one feels lost forever, and everyone has the chance to return home to themselves.
We believe you are not broken. You are becoming.
Recovery grounded in connection, personal growth, reflection, and a spiritual life that is encouraged but never forced.
Real connection with men who understand the work, walk beside you, hold you accountable, and remain part of your community beyond the house.
We practice honesty with ourselves and one another. Growth requires the courage to be transparent, take responsibility, and live in alignment with our values.
Recovery becomes stronger when life has meaning. Every man contributes to the home, takes responsibility for himself, and begins building a life with direction.
Meditation, reflection, and mindfulness help create space between impulse and action while developing greater self-awareness and inner peace.
Caring for the property, working with the land, and participating in the life of the home reconnect us with something real and tangible. Structure, routine, and accountability create stability, while connection to the land fosters presence, humility, authenticity, and a deeper sense of belonging.
Recovery is supported by reflection, connection, and spiritual growth, while leaving room for each man to define what that means for himself.
Structure, honesty, responsibility, meetings, testing, and shared expectations are how we show that your recovery matters. Accountability is not punishment; it is an expression of love.
Caring for something living teaches patience, presence, humility, and responsibility. Working with the land creates space to reconnect with yourself, live more authentically, and remember that meaningful growth takes time.
Whether you're looking for yourself, someone you love, or someone you're helping through recovery, call us. We'll listen, answer your questions with honesty and transparency, and help you determine whether Grow House is the right next step.
