Grow House Sober Sanctuaries
DAILY LIFE

Recovery blossoms right here, right now.

Growth happens in the present: the choices we make, the relationships we build, and the way we show up for ourselves and one another each and every day.

Presence

Begin with intention

Meditation, reflection, prayer, reading, or quiet time help each man begin and end the day with intention, awareness, and a stronger spiritual foundation.

Purpose

Build momentum

Work, school, job search, appointments, chores, and caring for the property create momentum, self-respect, and a sense of contribution.

Connection

Stay accountable

Meetings, house check-ins, shared meals, honest conversations, and time with other men in recovery keep connection and accountability at the center of daily life.

Reflection

Rest and reset

Healthy routines matter. Quiet hours, personal time, reflection, and rest create space to reset, stay grounded, and prepare to show up again the next day.

HOUSE EXPECTATIONS

Structure with purpose, accountability that supports growth.

Our expectations are clear, consistent, and designed to help each man build trust in himself, contribute to the community, and keep moving forward in recovery.

  • Complete abstinence from alcohol and non-prescribed drugs
  • Active participation in recovery and regular recovery meetings
  • Work, attend school, volunteer, or actively pursue meaningful next steps
  • Honor curfew and communicate openly when plans change
  • Contribute to daily chores, the home, and care of the property
  • Participate in weekly house meetings and community responsibilities
  • Treat every man in the house with respect, honesty, and dignity
  • Practice integrity, transparency, and accountability, especially when things are difficult
BROTHERHOOD

You don't have to do this alone.

Recovery grows through connection. At Grow House, men learn to show up for one another with honesty, accountability, respect, and authenticity. Brotherhood here is not about pretending everything is fine; it is about being seen, being challenged, being supported, and knowing you have people beside you when life gets difficult.

The goal is to build relationships that extend beyond the house. Men share responsibilities, recovery, setbacks, and progress. This is a shared journey to create a community that continues long after someone moves on from Grow House.
